I have a friend who is looking for the following:

> We need a file management and process management system. We have a
> lot of data documents in different formats (Excel, PowerPoint,
> Sawtooth, etc.), and we need:
> a) Set up a documented project management workflow so we capture
> our basic Work Breakdown Structure.
> b) Manage our check-in/check-out process for documents.
>
> We might want to use a hosted service rather than a licensed
> software. I just don't know what are the best options for a small
> office (<10 people).

Any recommendations come to mind?
