Hello!
 I would want to create a portal in a position of to allow the user 
registered to create not only the personal page, but a whole site 
managed from him.  

Drupal, Xoops, Mambo, E107 and Plone are the CMS that I make one's will 
up to now, but alone Plone answers to almost all my requests, the sole 
mine personal disadvantage is that does not be writer in PHP.  

Aiutoooooo!  You know a CMS that can do to the case mine?  Thanks
