[CMS-Forum] Restricting Acrobat Online Commenting

Hi members,
 
I incorporated adobe's online commenting with the system i'm developing. My site runs in IIS and I think WebDAV is automatically activated. My problem right now is how do I restrict non-editor users from putting on notes and comments. I'm using Acrobat 5 for this. Any tips on how to restrict these non-editor users?
