So, here's my list of questions...

Is this being treated as an announcement list, or is this a discussion list?

If someone posts a question in the forum, and it ends up here, do our
replies also end up on the forum?

Why would messages in here be posted to the CMS-List?  (that would be
cross-posting, and I'm guessing most people on this list are already on the
other list)

I think a second CMS list is fine. I'm not sure what will really
differentiate it from the other, though. Not that two lists is bad, but
sometimes it's nice to have a narrower focus on one of them. Perhaps that's
the tie-in with the forum.
