Well,
- it would be nice to have one that works
- posts go through in a timely manner
- one where the list owner is responsive

The old cms-list has had way too many problems and the list owners do 
not seem to have time to maintain it.

I think the new list is a good idea. Thanks, Bob, for spending your time 
putting (all of) this together.
