[CMS-Forum] Content aggregation and delivery

Hi,

I am trying to find out products that can:

1. Aggregate content from different sources
2. Deliver to multiple channels (web, email, messaging, flat files)
3. Schedule delivery and are time/event driven
4. takes care of billing (who take what for hou much etc).


I think a lot of CMS products can be *made* to do this but i am looking
at products that can do these easily out-of-the box.

Would appreciate any pointers.
